Rule 1: scoring
Points go 15, 30, 40 and game, sets are won by the first pair to six games with a lead of two, and matches are best of three sets. The rules also set the tie-break and allow golden point, star point, four-game sets and a deciding tie-break or super tie-break.
Punkt 1: Calling the points
Using the advantage method, the first point won is called 15, the second 30 and the third 40.
Punkt 2: The fourth point wins
The fourth point won takes the game, as long as the other pair has not also won three points.
Punkt 3: Three points each: deuce
If both pairs have won three points each, the score is called deuce.
Punkt 4: The advantage point
From deuce, the pair that wins the next point has the advantage.
Punkt 5: Winning from the advantage
If the pair with the advantage wins the following point too, they win the game.
Punkt 6: Back to deuce
If the pair with the advantage loses the next point, the score goes back to deuce.
Punkt 7: Two points in a row
This carries on until one pair wins two points in a row from deuce, which wins them the game. So at deuce you always need two points in a row to win the game.
Punkt 8: Winning a set
The first pair to win 6 games wins the set, as long as they lead by at least 2 games.
Punkt 9: At five games all
At 5 games all, play continues and a pair can win the set 7-5.
Punkt 10: At six games all
At 6 games all, a tie-break, also called sudden death, decides the set.
Punkt 11: Winning the match
A match is the best of three sets: the first pair to win two sets wins the match.
Punkt 12: Third set without a tie-break
At one set all, and only if this has been agreed beforehand, the third set may be played without a tie-break. If it reaches 6 games all, play continues until one pair leads by two games.
Punkt 13: Star point: the usual calls
With the star point method, points are called 15, 30, 40 and game, just as in the advantage method.

Punkt 16: Star point: winning from advantage 1
If the pair with advantage 1 wins the next point, they win the game.
Punkt 17: Star point: deuce 2
If the pair with advantage 1 loses the next point, the score goes to deuce 2.
Punkt 18: Star point: advantage 2
The pair that wins the point after deuce 2 has advantage 2.
Punkt 19: Star point: winning from advantage 2
If the pair with advantage 2 wins the next point, they win the game.
Punkt 20: Star point: deuce 3
If the pair with advantage 2 loses the next point, the score goes to deuce 3.
Punkt 21: The star point is played
At deuce 3, a single deciding point, the star point, is played. It may also carry the name of the relevant FIP sponsor. In practice this means two chances to win with advantage, then one point for the game.
Punkt 22: Star point: receivers choose
For the star point, the receiving pair chooses whether to receive on the right or the left side of the court, and the receiving players cannot swap positions to receive it.
Punkt 23: Winning the star point
The pair that wins the star point wins the game.
Punkt 24: Star point in mixed matches
In mixed matches, the player receiving the deciding point must be the same sex as the server, and the receiving players cannot swap positions to receive the serve.
Punkt 25: Golden point: the calls
With the no advantage method, called golden point, the server's score is called first: no points is love, then 15, 30, 40 and game.
Punkt 26: Golden point at deuce
If both pairs have won three points each, deuce is called and a single deciding point, the golden point, is played. One point at 40 all settles the game, so there is no advantage at all.
Punkt 27: Receivers pick the side
For the golden point, the receiving pair chooses whether to receive on the right or the left.
Punkt 28: No swapping to receive
The receiving pair cannot swap positions to receive the golden point.

Punkt 32: Winning the tie-break

Punkt 33: Who starts the tie-break
The tie-break is started by the player whose turn it is to serve in the set's serving order.
Punkt 34: One serve from the right
That player serves only one point, from the right side of the court.
Punkt 35: The next two points
The following two points are served by the opposing pair, keeping to the serving order, served from the left as the FIP text puts it.
Punkt 36: Two points each after that
From then on, players serve two points in a row each until the tie-break ends, always keeping to the serving order.
Punkt 37: Tie-break set score

Punkt 38: Serving after a tie-break
The next set is started by a player of the pair that did not serve first in the tie-break.
