Send a privacy request
For a copy of your data with an explanation of how we use it, a correction you cannot make yourself, deleting something without closing your account, or an objection:
1. Open Settings and choose Privacy and data. 2. Under Privacy requests, choose what you would like us to do. 3. Tell us what it is about, then choose Send request.
You get an email with a reference, such as PR-000042, and the date we will reply by: one month from the day we receive it. The request and its progress are listed under Privacy requests, and we email you our answer. If we cannot do what you asked, we say why.
You can also contact us or write to the privacy address in the privacy policy. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we never give your data to someone else. The privacy policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection. The privacy policy has their details.
