A jumping smash with a scissor action of the legs, for balance on a ball that is slightly behind you.

Turn side on and push off the back foot. Swap the legs in the air as you swing. Land on the front foot.

Legal under Rule 14b as long as the ball bounces in their court before it touches their glass or mesh (Rule 13g). Touching the net or posts with your racket or body during the point loses it (Rule 13a).
