Reverse-grip shot
A shot hit with the racket held in an unusual way, for example turned in the hand or swapped to the other hand, usually because there was no time to adjust the grip.
Quando giocarlo
As a rescue when the ball arrives before you can change your grip. Very occasionally on purpose, by a player who has practised it.
Come giocarlo
Keep the stroke short and simple: block or lift, never swing hard. Aim high and central to give yourself time. Keep the safety cord round your wrist, which also limits how far you can swap hands.
Errori comuni
Trying to hit a winner with a grip you never practise. Letting the racket slip, which loses the point if you drop it. Slipping the cord off your wrist to swap hands.

Domande
La reverse-grip shot è regolare nel padel?
Legal under Rule 14: the rules do not set a grip. The racket section of the FIP rules requires the safety cord round your wrist, and under Rule 13 dropping the racket loses the point.
