Quando giocarlo
On a short, high lob when you are well balanced near the net. When you can get right under the ball: a smash that bounces and then leaves over their back wall wins the point, whether or not outside play is allowed (Rule 13).
Come giocarlo
Get under the ball and hit it flat and very hard into the floor. Aim for a bounce near their service line so it rises over the back fence. Recover in case it stays in.
Errori comuni
Trying it from the service line, where the angle is too flat. Overhitting and smashing into the net.
