Reverse wall recovery
A description of an improvised moment, not a technique coaches teach: getting a difficult rebound back with an unusual body or racket position, such as facing the glass or reaching behind you.
When to play it
When a rebound has got behind you or come out at an angle you did not expect. Only when no normal wall exit, lob or contrapared is possible.
How to play it
Keep your eyes on the ball rather than worrying about form. Use a short, controlled swing and aim high to the middle. Recover your position straight away.
Common mistakes
Choosing it when you had time to turn properly. Swinging wildly close to the glass or your partner.

Questions
Is the reverse wall recovery legal in padel?
Legal as long as it is a single hit and the ball crosses the net and bounces in their court, under Rule 14 b and h. Body position does not matter.
