The one up, one back problem
When one partner is at the net and the other is at the back, a big diagonal gap opens between them. Coaches usually treat it as a position to get out of quickly.
Passo 1
One of you has gone to the net while your partner stayed at the back. There is a big diagonal gap between you.
Passo 2
The other pair volleys into the gap. Neither of you can reach it easily.
Passo 3
Next time, the net player drops back to join the partner, and you defend side by side until you can come forward together.
