Moving as a pair: the rope
A common coaching picture is two players tied together by a rope about three metres long. When one moves forward, back or across, the other moves the same way.
Passo 1
Both at the back, level with each other and about three metres apart.
Passo 2
Your lob goes deep over them, so you both move forward at the same time.
Passo 3
You arrive at the net together and stand level, ready to volley.
Passo 4
When the ball goes wide, you slide across together, still the same distance apart.
