Can your racket go over the net after the shot?
The FIP rules ban hitting the ball before it has crossed to your side, and touching the net or the other pair's court. They have no separate rule against a follow-through that passes over the net, so long as you hit the ball on your side and touch nothing.
Where you make contact
The ball must have come over the net to your side before you hit it. If you meet it while it is still over their half, you lose the point.
What you may not touch
While the ball is in play, you, your racket and your clothes must not touch the net, the posts, the tension cable or any part of the other pair's court. That includes a foot sliding under the net onto their floor.
The follow-through
After a contact on your side, the rules say nothing more about where the racket goes. A volley close to the net whose follow-through carries over the top is not a fault in itself. Brushing the net on the way is, and in a refereed match the umpire judges where the contact happened.

Perguntas
Can you follow through over the net in padel?
The FIP rules do not forbid it, as long as you hit the ball on your side and nothing touches the net or their court.
Can you reach over the net to hit the ball?
Not before it has crossed to your side. The exception is a ball that bounced in your court and then went back over the net to their side, which you may play from where it is, touching nothing.
