How long delivery takes and what it costs depends on who makes or ships the item. Each product page and your basket tell you, and checkout totals it for you.

Shipping is charged once per maker in an order, and the basket shows how much more you need for free delivery. Printed items are made before they are sent, which can add a few days.

Some products are sold by partner shops. Those open on the partner's site, and their own delivery terms apply. See partner shops.

If one order has items from different makers, they may arrive separately.

All prices are in pounds and include 20% VAT.

Tracking your order

Every order is in Orders, with a reference starting with RR. You can also use Track your order without signing in. See tracking without an account.

Its status moves through:

1. Submitted: we have passed it to the maker. 2. In production: for printed items, while they are made. 3. Shipped: on its way. We email you and add tracking as soon as the courier shares it. 4. Delivered.

You may also see Return requested, Returned, Cancelled or Failed.

Points

You earn 10 Rally points for every £1 you spend in the shop, and you can use points for up to 20% off the goods.

Problems

If tracking has not moved for several days, or the order says delivered but nothing arrived, contact us with your order reference.
