Set up courts, prices, staff and hours in the club workspace

Once your club is approved, open the club workspace at Club. You need two-factor sign-in turned on first. The tabs along the top take you to each section.

Courts

In Courts, choose Add a court and set its name, setting (indoor, outdoor or covered), walls (glass or solid wall), and whether it is panoramic or a single court. A new court is bookable straight away. Players filter by these details, so keep them accurate. You cannot remove a court that has upcoming bookings until you cancel or move them.

Pricing

In Pricing, set Base prices for peak and off-peak. Prices are per court for a 90 minute slot. Peak covers weekday evenings from 17:00 and weekends.

- Pricing rules set a different price for particular days and times, up to 20 rules. The first matching rule wins. - Promotions give a discount of 5% to 60%, for visiting players only or everyone, on off-peak slots or all slots. - Cancellation terms set when players get a full refund and what they get back after that. Changes apply to bookings made from now on.

Opening hours and details

In Settings, set your Opening hours in local time. Players can only book inside these hours. You can also edit the club name, address, description, amenities, levels, cover photo and How players book.

Staff

In Staff, add someone by email and choose a role:

- Staff: can see bookings, add walk-ins and cancel - Manager: can also change courts, prices and settings

If they already have an account, they get access straight away. Otherwise they get it when they join with that email. Only the owner sets up payouts.

Other sections

The workspace also has Bookings, Regulars, Till, Customers, Members, Coaches, Insights, the lobby screen and more.
