These terms apply when you buy from the Rally & Roam shop. They sit alongside our terms of use. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who you are buying from

You buy shop products from us. Some items are made to order by our print partners (Gelato and Printful), some are sent directly by our supplier CJ Dropshipping, and some come from our UK distributor's warehouse. Products marked as sold by a partner store take you to that store, and you buy from them under their terms, not ours.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates.
Delivery costs are shown before you pay. You can use Rally Points to pay for up to 20% of the goods.
Your order is accepted when we email to confirm it. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock or the price was obviously wrong, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Type of item	Sent by	Usual delivery time after dispatch
Warehouse stock	Our UK distributor	2 to 4 working days
Print-on-demand clothing and posters	Gelato or Printful	3 to 6 working days in the UK, longer abroad
Dropshipped kit and accessories	CJ Dropshipping	7 to 12 working days

Items made to order are produced before they are sent, which can add a few days. You can follow your order from your order page or with Track your order. Orders with items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the date we gave you, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Items sent from outside the UK may be subject to import charges in some countries. For UK deliveries, the price you pay includes any import VAT.

Your right to change your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it (or the last item, for an order delivered in parts). To cancel, request a return from your order page or tell us through the Help centre. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us you have sent it.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than you would in a shop to check it.
For a change of mind, you pay the cost of returning the item unless we offer you a prepaid label.

We go further than the law: you can return unused, non-personalised items for a refund for up to 30 days after delivery.

Personalised items

Items made to your own specification, such as a trip poster with your names, dates or scores, or a design you created in the merch studio, cannot be returned for a change of mind, as the law allows. They are still covered if they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or wrong items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered:

within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund;
within six months, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible;
after six months, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund, but you may need to show the fault was there when it arrived.

We cover the cost of returning faulty or wrong items. Request a return from your order page and choose "faulty" or "not as described"; we email a prepaid returns label within one working day. A photo of the problem helps us sort it faster, and for made-to-order items it is often all we need to send a replacement without you returning the item.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Points you used are returned to your account. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
