Defending against the bandeja
A good bandeja comes deep into the corner. The usual defence is to let it come off the glass, then play a deep lob or a low ball to start the fight for the net again.

You move back and across, and let the ball come off the corner glass.

From there you lob deep over them, or play a low ball if they come in too close.
