Forehand volley
The volley on your forehand side: a short punch with the racket head up, played deep or to the feet.
Kiedy to grać
At the net on balls to your forehand side. Deep to the corner to keep the other pair back.
Jak to zagrać
Continental grip, racket up in front of you. Turn the shoulders a little and punch forward, little backswing. Step towards the ball with the opposite foot.

Swinging the racket back behind the body. Dropping the racket head below the wrist on high balls.

Legal under Rule 14.1a once the ball has crossed the net. You lose the point if you play it on your opponents' side before it crosses (Rule 13.1f) or touch the net or posts with your body or racket (Rule 13.1a).
