Technique checks and full match analyses
A technique check looks at one shot filmed from the side. A full match analysis reads every rally. They come from separate allowances.
W skrócie
There are two kinds of analysis. A technique check is a quick look at one shot. A full match analysis reads every rally of a match. Each uses its own allowance.
Technique check
- Film one shot from the side, your whole body in frame, phone still. - Five to ten repeats of the same shot work best. - Choose Technique check under What is it? when you upload. - It uses one of your technique checks for the month.
Full match analysis
- Film the whole court from high behind the back glass. - Choose Match when you upload. Drills and lessons also count as full analyses if you have them analysed. - It uses one match from your allowance, or one from an extra pack. - You get the full report: heatmap, distance, time at the net, shot mix, winners, forced and unforced errors, rally lengths, key moments and highlights.
Which should I choose?
Start with a technique check if you want to work on one stroke, such as your bandeja or your volley. Choose a full match when you want to see how you play: where you stand, how points end and which shots let you down.
Drills and lessons without analysis
You do not have to analyse a video. Upload a drill or lesson and share it with your coach, who can watch it and leave timestamped notes.
See analysis allowances for how many of each your plan includes.
