These terms apply to paid memberships on Rally & Roam: Premium for players, Coach Pro for coaches and Club Plus for clubs. They sit alongside our terms of use. Club memberships that you buy from a club are covered by the booking terms.

What you get

The benefits of each plan are listed on the plans page and in Settings. Premium members, for example, do not pay the court service fee. We may improve or change the benefits; if we take away something important, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal so you can cancel.

Price and billing

The price is shown before you subscribe and includes VAT where it applies. Memberships are billed monthly in advance, starting on the day you subscribe.
If you subscribe on the website, Stripe takes the payment and stores your card. If you subscribe in our iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google bills you and their terms for subscriptions apply.
If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. We charge the card you used at the start of each period. If a payment fails, we try again after one, two and three days and let you know. If it still fails, you keep your benefits for seven days to update your card, and after that your account moves to the free plan.

Upgrading and downgrading

An upgrade starts straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the current period. A downgrade starts at your next renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Settings, under Membership. Your membership then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. You can undo the cancellation before then. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. By starting to use your membership straight away, you agree that we may deduct an amount for the days you used, and we refund the rest of your first payment within 14 days of your cancellation. This right applies to your first subscription, not to each renewal.

Coach Pro and Club Plus

Coach Pro and Club Plus are for businesses and professionals. They are subject to our partner terms as well as these terms. The 14-day consumer cancellation right does not apply where you subscribe for your business.
