Choose your notifications and emails

You decide which notifications and emails you get in the Preferences section of Settings. Notifications appear in your notifications centre and on your phone if you use the app. Emails are set separately.

Notifications

These are all on until you turn them off:

Setting, What it covers Booking reminders, The day before and two hours before you play Game invites, When someone asks you to make up a four Partner matches, Players at your level going where you are going Messages, New messages from players, coaches and clubs Fare alerts, When flights for a saved trip drop in price Order updates, When shop orders ship and arrive

The Rally & Roam letter, our newsletter, stays off until you switch it on. See unsubscribe from emails and the newsletter.

Emails

Under Emails you can turn off booking, trip, shop order and fare alert emails. Decisions on coach and club applications, password resets and security emails always arrive.

Change your settings

1. Open Settings and choose Preferences. 2. Switch each item on or off. 3. Choose Save preferences.

The notifications centre

Open Notifications to see what you missed, grouped into today, this week and earlier. Choose Mark all as read to clear them.

On your phone

Push notifications on your phone follow the same switches. Your phone's own settings can also turn off notifications from the Rally & Roam app. To see where the app is signed in, see sign out other sessions and apps.
