These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Rally & Roam, on the web or in our apps. Please read them with our privacy policy and, when you buy or book something, the terms for that: booking terms, shop terms of sale and membership terms. If you are a coach, club or place owner, our partner terms apply too.

Who we are

You can also contact us through the Help centre once you are signed in.

What Rally & Roam is

Rally & Roam helps you plan padel trips, find and book courts, coaches, events and camps, meet players at your level, and buy padel kit. Some of what you see is provided by us, and some by others:

Courts, lessons and events are provided by the club, coach or event operator. We take the booking and payment on their behalf. See the booking terms.
Flights, stays and transfers are provided by airlines, hotels and transfer companies under their own terms. We arrange the booking with them on your behalf. We are not the organiser of a package holiday unless a listing clearly says so.
Partner links take you to other companies' sites, where their terms apply. See the affiliate disclosure.
Our shop is sold by us. See the shop terms of sale.

Your account

You must be 16 or over to create an account. A parent or guardian can book lessons and events for a junior.
Give accurate details and keep them up to date, especially your email address and, for travel, the traveller names exactly as on passports.
Keep your password and any passkey or two-factor codes private. You are responsible for what happens under your account unless it was not your fault. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
One person, one account. You may not sell or transfer your account.

Using the platform fairly

You agree to follow our community guidelines. In short, you must not:

harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate anyone;
post fake reviews, reviews of your own business or reviews you were paid or rewarded for;
post anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share;
scrape, copy or resell our listings, prices or content, or use automated tools to access the platform except as we allow;
try to get around our security, our fees or our payment system, for example by asking to be paid outside the platform for a booking found on it;
use the platform for anything other than padel, travel and the services we offer.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos, reviews, messages and other content you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, translate and share that content on Rally & Roam and in our marketing of the platform, for as long as it is on the platform. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law. Reviews must reflect a real experience.

AI features

Some features, such as the trip concierge, the help assistant, message translation and video analysis, use artificial intelligence. Their answers can be wrong. Check anything important, such as prices, times and travel requirements, before you rely on it. Bookings are only made when you confirm them.

The AI coach measures the videos you upload and gives you tips. Its measurements are estimates: use them as a guide alongside a qualified coach, and stop if anything hurts.

Training the AI coach with your videos

You can choose to let your videos help train the models behind the AI coach. This is off unless you turn it on, in your privacy settings or on each video. To turn it on you must be 18 or over and have the agreement of everyone who appears in the video. You can turn it off for one video or for all of them at any time; videos you take out are left out of every training run from then on. Models already trained are not rebuilt, but they do not contain your videos and cannot show them. Your videos are never published, sold or shared outside Rally & Roam because of this choice, and your membership and features are the same whether you opt in or not.

Prices and information

We work hard to keep listings, prices, opening hours and travel details accurate, but much of it comes from clubs, coaches, partners and open data. Prices shown in a currency other than the one you pay in are estimates. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses if you use the platform as a consumer, or for the services of clubs, coaches, operators, travel providers and partners, who are responsible for what they provide.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer, for example under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Padel is a physical sport. You take part in games, lessons and events at your own risk and should play within your fitness and ability. Travel insurance that covers sport is strongly recommended.

Suspending or closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our community guidelines, puts others at risk, or is used for fraud. Where we can, we will warn you first and tell you why. If we close your account without good reason, we will refund any prepaid membership for the unused time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. The terms that applied when you made a booking or purchase continue to apply to it.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please tell us. Our complaints page explains how we handle it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and if you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
