Your wallet: credit, gift cards and passes

Your Wallet holds credit you can spend at any checkout on Rally & Roam: courts, lessons, events and the shop. It also shows your lesson packages, club memberships and upcoming passes.

Where credit comes from

- Refunds. When you cancel a booking, you can choose Refund to my wallet instead, straight away. The credit appears at once, instead of waiting for your bank. - Gift cards. Choose Add a gift card on the Wallet page and enter the code. The whole balance moves into your wallet. - Our team. Sometimes we add credit as a goodwill gesture. It shows as From our team.

Club vouchers stay as codes, because they only work at their own club. Use them at checkout there. See gift cards and vouchers.

Spending credit

At checkout, switch on Use wallet credit. We take what you have from the wallet first and the card pays the rest. If your wallet covers the whole amount, you do not need a card.

Currency

Your wallet is kept in your own currency. If you pay for something priced in another currency, the credit is converted at today's rate when you pay.

History

The History list shows every entry: refunds, gift cards, money spent and any corrections.

Also in your wallet

- Passes. Your next confirmed courts, lessons and event places, with a QR code to show at the desk. - Lesson packages. How many lessons are left and when they expire. See lesson packages. - Club memberships. When each one renews, with Stop renewing. See club memberships.

Wallet credit cannot be moved back to a card from the Wallet page. If a balance looks wrong, contact us.
