What you get back from a video review, and when
Within three days the coach adds notes on your video and writes a session report with a summary, what went well and what to work on.

Your coach has three days from payment to deliver the review. You get a notification as soon as they do.
What the coach delivers
- Notes on the video. Each note sits at a moment in the footage. Choose a note to jump straight to it. - Drawings. Lines, arrows and circles on the frame, shown during playback. - A session report with: - Summary: what happened in the session, in a few sentences - What went well: up to five points - What to work on: up to five points
The review counts as delivered when the coach saves the session report.
Finding it
Open the notification, or go to the video in your Video lab and choose Session report. The report also shows the key numbers from the AI analysis and your progress over recent videos. Choose Print or save as PDF to keep a copy.
While you wait
The video page says which coach is reviewing it and the date the report is due.
After the review
The coach stays on the video, so you can keep the conversation going in the notes. You can remove the coach at any time with Remove coach.
