Spot scams and phishing
We never ask for your password or card number in a message, email or ticket. Pay only through Rally & Roam checkout, and report anyone asking for money another way.
In breve
We will never ask for your password, your full card number or your card's security code in a message, an email or a support ticket. If anyone does, it is not us.
Common signs of a scam
- A message or email asking you to "confirm" your password or card details. - A link to a sign-in page that is not on the Rally & Roam website. Check the address in your browser before you type anything. - Someone in a game, group or chat asking you to pay them directly by bank transfer, gift card or a payment app, instead of through a booking. - Offers that look too good: cheap courts, coaching or trips sold through private messages. - Pressure to act fast, such as "your account will be closed today".
Paying safely
Book and pay for courts, coaches, events and trips through the checkout on Rally & Roam. Card details go into the payment form at checkout, never into a chat. If someone asks you to pay off the site for something listed here, contact us first.
In support tickets
When you open a ticket, do not include card numbers or passwords. We never need them, and the ticket form says so too. Our help assistant is set up not to ask for them either.
If you get a suspicious message
1. Do not click links or reply with any details. 2. Report the message and choose Spam, scams or selling. 3. Block the sender if you want no more contact.
If you think your account is at risk
Change your password straight away in Settings, and turn on two-factor sign-in in Settings, Security. Then open a ticket and tell us what happened. See account security and two-factor sign-in for more.
