Sign out other sessions and apps

Settings, Security lists every browser and device signed in to your account, and every phone or tablet where the Rally & Roam app is signed in. You can sign any of them out.

Where you are signed in

Under Where you are signed in you see each browser, for example Chrome on Windows, with a shortened IP address and when it was last active. The one you are using is marked This browser.

To sign out one browser, choose Sign out next to it. That browser will need to sign in again. If it was set to keep you signed in, also change your password to be sure.

To sign out everywhere else:

1. Choose Sign out other sessions. 2. Enter your password. 3. Confirm.

Every other browser and device will need to sign in again. The one you are using stays signed in. It also ends any "Keep me signed in" on other devices.

Apps signed in

Under Apps signed in you see the phones and tablets where the app is signed in. Choose Sign out next to one you lost or no longer use. The app on that device is signed out.

Desktop access

If you connected the desktop app, its tokens are listed under Desktop access. Choose Disconnect to stop one working at once.

Sign out of this browser

Use Sign out in your account menu. On a shared computer, always sign out when you finish.

If you do not recognise a session

1. Choose Sign out other sessions. 2. Change your password. See change your password. 3. Choose Stop trusting all devices under Second step and trusted devices. 4. Consider setting up an authenticator app.
