Rally & Roam

Report a player, post, listing or review

Use Report on a profile, message, post, comment, review, game, group, moment, notice or listing. Pick what is wrong, add details if you like, and send. Reports are private and we tell you the outcome.

In breve

You can report anything members post or list. Reports are private: the person is not told who sent it, and we let you know the outcome.

Where to find Report

- A player: open their profile, choose the More button (three dots), then Report. - A message: in Messages, hover over or focus the message and choose Report this message. You can only report messages from other people in your own conversations. - A review: choose Report under the review, on a club, coach or place page, or on a racket or shoe page. - A club, place or coach: at the foot of the page, choose Report this listing, or Report this profile for a coach. - A group: on the group page, choose the flag next to the group name. To report a post in the group, choose Report under it. - A feed post or comment: in the Feed, choose the flag next to the post or the comment. - A noticeboard post: choose Report on the notice. - A game or match moment: on the game page, open the menu and choose Report this game, or choose the flag next to a moment. On an event's photo wall, choose the flag on the photo.

You need to be signed in to report.

Send the report

1. Under What is wrong?, pick the closest reason. You only see the reasons that fit what you are reporting: - Abuse, bullying or hate - Sexual content or unwanted advances - Spam, scams or selling - Fake profile, review or result - False or misleading listing - Private information or filming without consent - Misusing a women-only space - Did not turn up - Copyright or other rights - Someone may be unsafe or at risk - Illegal content - Something else 2. Under Anything we should know?, add details if you can: dates, what was said, who else was there. This is optional, up to 2,000 characters. 3. Choose Send report.

If you report the same thing again while your first report is still open, we keep the first one, so there is no need to send it twice.

Which reports come first

Reports about women-only games and groups go to the top of our queue. Next come illegal content and concerns that someone may be unsafe or at risk, then abuse, sexual content and private information, then everything else. Within each, the oldest report comes first. We aim to look at every report within a day.

In the mobile app

Reporting is not in the mobile app yet. Use the website, or open a ticket and include a link to what you want to report.

If you are in danger

Call the local emergency services first (999 in the UK, 112 in most of Europe). Then tell us.

See what happens after you report for how our team handles it.
