Get a receipt or invoice

Every confirmed court or lesson booking has a PDF invoice on its booking page. Membership payments and shop orders have their own records, explained below.

Court and lesson bookings

1. Open the booking in Bookings. 2. In the Payment panel, choose Invoice (PDF).

The button appears once a paid booking is confirmed. The invoice lists the court or lesson, the date and time, any service fee and any gift card, voucher or package used. The club or coach is named as the seller, and Rally & Roam as the booking agent.

You also get a confirmation by email when a booking is made, with your reference, the amount paid, a link to download your ticket as a PDF and a calendar file attached.

Memberships

Open Membership. The Billing history table shows your recent membership payments, with the date, what each one was for, the amount and whether it was paid. If your membership is billed through Stripe, Cards and invoices opens Stripe's page where you can download invoices.

Memberships bought in the iPhone or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, so the receipt comes from them.

Shop orders

When you pay for an order, we email a receipt with each item, the delivery cost, any discounts, the total paid and the delivery address. The order also stays in Orders.

Split bookings

Each player who pays a share sees their own payment on the booking page.
