If you run a padel club, you can add it to Rally & Roam or claim a listing that is already here. Either way, we verify it within two working days.

Adding a new club

Start at Club join. The ten steps are: venue details, courts, photos, opening hours, pricing, amenities, staff, booking, payouts, then verification. For verification, add your business registration number and a proof document, such as a utility bill or a business licence.

You choose how players book:

- Book on Rally & Roam: players pick a court and pay online - Request to book: players send a request and you confirm it - Send players to my booking system: we link to Playtomic or your own site

Claiming an existing listing

Many clubs are already listed from open data. Open your club's page and choose Claim this club. Tell us your role (owner, manager or staff), a phone number and anything that helps us confirm it. If you are not signed in, choose Join as a club to claim it first. You can claim a club only if it has no owner yet, and you can have one claim in review per club.

Staff

From the club workspace, add team members as staff or managers. Staff can see bookings, add walk-ins and cancel. Managers can also change courts, prices and settings. Only the owner sets up payouts. See the club workspace basics.

Fees and payouts

We keep a 6% commission on court bookings. Payouts go to your connected Stripe account. Club Plus costs £99 a month.

Two-factor sign-in

Club owners and staff must set up two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app before opening the club workspace. See account security.
