Invite friends to a trip

Trips are better planned together. You can add people as editors, who can change the plan, or viewers, who can see it.

Ways to invite people

- People already on Rally & Roam are added straight to the trip. - Anyone else gets an email invite. They join the trip once they create an account and open the link. - The shareable link lets anyone who has it join as a viewer. It is handy for a group chat.

Roles

Role, Can do Editor, Change the itinerary, add bookings and quotes, add expenses, create polls Viewer, See the plan, vote in polls and comment

You can change someone's role at any time from the trip's people list.

Resetting the share link

If a link has gone further than you meant, reset it. The old link stops working straight away and existing members stay on the trip.

Deciding together

- Polls have 2 to 6 options, and every member can vote. Close a poll when you have an answer, or reopen it. - Comments keep the conversation next to the plan.

Taking the trip with you

Export the trip to your calendar, print it, or share a trip card image. Once you are travelling, shared expenses keep the money side fair.
