How Rally & Roam works

In breve

Rally & Roam is a padel travel platform. You can plan a trip, book courts and coaches at clubs around the world, find partners at your level and buy kit, all from one account.

What you can do

- Plan a trip. Tell the concierge where and when you want to play and it builds a trip from real clubs and coaches. Your trips hold the itinerary, the people coming and shared expenses. - Book courts and coaches. Search clubs and coaches, pick a slot and pay in one go. Every booking lives under Bookings. - Play with the right people. Your level runs from 0 to 7 and updates after each confirmed game. Use Partners, Games and Americanos to find a match. - Learn. Read the journal, compare rackets in Gear and follow paid or free courses from coaches. - Shop. Rackets, shoes, balls, bags and custom trip shirts from the shop.

Your first ten minutes

1. Answer the five level questions when you join, so we can match you with players at your level. 2. Add your home airport, language and currency in Settings. 3. Browse a destination or open the concierge and describe your ideal trip.

Getting help

Search this help centre or ask the support assistant at the top of the page. It answers from these articles. If it cannot help, choose Talk to a person to open a ticket and our team will reply in your ticket thread. Tickets are open while they wait for us, pending while they wait for you and solved once sorted. We notify you when we reply, and replying to a solved ticket reopens it. You can attach one of your bookings or orders so we can see it straight away.
