Products sold by partner shops

Some products in the shop, such as branded rackets, balls and bags, are sold by partner shops rather than by us. Their product pages say From a partner shop. Products we sell ourselves say Sold by Rally & Roam.

How buying works

1. On the product page, check the list of shops under Where to buy it or Prices at a number of shops. The cheapest is marked. 2. Choose Buy at the shop you want. Its site opens in a new tab. 3. Buy on their site as normal.

The prices shown were checked in the last day. The price on the partner's site at the time you buy is the one that counts.

Delivery and costs

Each shop's line shows its delivery cost when the partner tells us, or says the delivery cost is shown at the shop. Delivery is handled by the partner.

Your order

Because you buy from the partner, your order, receipt and tracking come from them. Partner orders do not appear in Orders and cannot be tracked with Track your order.

Returns and problems

The partner's own returns policy and terms apply. Contact the shop you bought from about deliveries, faults or refunds.

Points

Rally Points are earned on items sold by Rally & Roam, not on purchases from partner shops.

Genuine padel brands sell through their own distributors, so branded kit comes from partner shops. We may earn a commission when you buy through these links, at no extra cost to you.
