How to buy

1. Open Membership and find Need more match analyses? 2. Choose Buy for on the pack you want. 3. Enter your card and pay.

Your extra analyses are ready to use straight away.

How they are used

- Your plan's own match analyses for the month are used first. - After that, each new full match analysis uses one from your packs, the one that expires soonest first. - Packs are for full match analyses only, not technique checks.

The Membership page shows how many extra matches you have left.

How long they last

Each pack keeps for 12 months from the day you buy it. Anything unused after that expires.

If an analysis fails

The credit goes back into your pack, so you can try again for free.

Changed your mind?

Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can cancel it and get back the price of the analyses you have not used. On Membership, under Your match packs, choose Cancel for a refund. The refund goes back to your card. Analyses you have already used are not refunded.

Cancelling your plan

Packs are separate from your membership. If you cancel or your plan ends, the analyses you bought stay yours until they expire.
