Let your videos help train the AI coach

You can choose to let your videos help train the AI coach, so it gets better at recognising padel shots and movement. It is optional, off unless you turn it on, and you can stop at any time.

What opting in means

Your match and technique videos are used to teach our analysis models. They are never shown to anyone else or shared outside Rally & Roam. Videos are identified in training by an anonymous code, not your name.

Turning it on

1. Open Settings and go to Privacy and data. 2. Under AI coach training, turn on Use my videos to train the AI coach. 3. Confirm I am 18 or over, and everyone I film has agreed to the video being used this way. 4. Choose Turn it on.

New videos you upload can then help train the coach. You can also turn it on from the Video lab when you start.

Choosing for each video

- When you upload, tick or untick Use this video to help train the AI coach. - On a video's page, use the Help train the AI coach switch.

The per-video switch only works while the account setting is on.

Withdrawing consent

Turn off Use my videos to train the AI coach in Settings. Every one of your videos is taken out of future training straight away, and the page tells you how many were removed. You can also switch off a single video from its page.

Turning training off does not delete your videos or reports. To remove videos, see deleting your videos.
