Letting the ball come off the back glass
When a ball goes past you deep, coaches often teach turning with it and letting it come off the back glass, rather than hitting it just before the wall.
Étape 1
A deep ball bounces in front of you, heading for the back glass.
Étape 2
You turn side-on and move back with the ball, keeping it in front of you.
Étape 3
The ball comes off the glass and you play it back from a balanced position.
