After you join, we email you a link to confirm your address. Click it within 3 days. Until you do, you can browse and plan, but booking, paying, messaging and publishing listings wait.

Why we ask

Confirming your email keeps your bookings, payments and messages safe, and makes sure receipts and reset links reach you.

Open the link

The link works on any device, so you can open it on your phone even if you joined on a computer. If the Check your email page is still open, it moves on by itself once you click the link.

The email has not arrived

1. Check your spam or promotions folder. 2. On the Check your email page, choose Send the link again. You can ask for a new link once a minute.

You typed the wrong address

On the Check your email page, choose Typed it wrong? then Change your email address. Enter the right address and your password, then choose Change and send the link. You can only change it a few times in an hour.

The link does not work

- This link has expired. Links work for 3 days. Ask for a new one and use it within that time. - This link does not work. It may be for an old email address. Sign in and ask for a new link. - Your email is already confirmed. There is nothing more to do.

If you reset your password from a link we emailed you, that also confirms your address.
