Download or delete your data

You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from the Privacy and data section of Settings.

Downloading your data

Choose Download my data, or go straight to Settings export. You get a single JSON file, ready straight away. It holds your account details, roles, preferences and the records linked to you, such as bookings, trips, orders, messages, points and notifications. Passwords, two-factor secrets and other security keys are left out.

Deleting your account

1. Open Settings and choose Privacy and data. 2. Under Delete account, choose Delete my account. 3. Enter your password and choose Delete my account in 14 days.

We sign you out everywhere and delete your personal data 14 days later. Sign in before then and the account stays. We keep records of bookings, payments and orders, because we have to for tax and accounting, but your name and contact details are removed from them.

Before you delete:

- Cancel any upcoming bookings you do not want. See cancelling a booking. - Cancel a paid plan from Membership. - Spend any Rally points or gift card balance, because they cannot be recovered.

Once the 14 days are over, deleting cannot be undone. For the full list of what is deleted and kept, see delete your account.

Cookies

Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you allow them. Change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. See change your cookie choices.
