Scissor-kick smash
A jumping smash with a scissor action of the legs, for balance on a ball that is slightly behind you.
Cuándo jugarlo
On a lob that is going over you. When you cannot get fully under the ball.
Cómo jugarlo
Turn side on and push off the back foot. Swap the legs in the air as you swing. Land on the front foot.
Errores habituales
Trying to smash hard instead of placing the ball. Landing off balance.

¿Es legal la scissor-kick smash en el pádel?
Legal under Rule 14b as long as the ball bounces in their court before it touches their glass or mesh (Rule 13g). Touching the net or posts with your racket or body during the point loses it (Rule 13a).
