Running backhand
A backhand played on the move. Aim high and safe, usually a lob or a cross-court ball.
Cuándo jugarlo
When you are pulled wide on the backhand side. When a ball off the glass comes out further than expected.
Cómo jugarlo
Take small adjusting steps as you arrive. Use a short swing and lift the ball with margin, or play a lob. Recover to the middle.
Errores habituales
Going for a winner on the run. Hitting flat into the net.

¿Es legal la running backhand en el pádel?
Legal under Rule 12.3: play the ball after one bounce, off the glass if you like, before it bounces again. It must reach the opponents' court, directly or off your own walls (Rule 14.1b), and must not hit their walls or fence first (Rule 13.1g).
