Rain and suspended matches
When rain or an accident stops a match, it picks up exactly where it stopped: same game, same score, same server. The warm-up on your return depends on how long you were off.
In the middle of a point
If rain or anything else unexpected interrupts a point, and it has nothing to do with the players, the point is replayed.
Restarting
The match restarts exactly where it stopped: the same game and score, the same server, the same places on court and the same order of serving and receiving.
The warm-up
After a break of up to 5 minutes there is no warm-up. After 5 to 20 minutes you get one minute, and after more than 20 minutes, three minutes.
Coaching during the break
In team and double-pair events, the umpire or referee decides whether players may take advice from their accredited coach during a suspension.
