Book a lesson with a coach

In short

Find a coach in Coaches, choose a lesson type and a time, and pay. We hold the slot for 10 minutes while you check out.

Choosing a coach

Coach profiles show their certifications, languages, specialities, where they coach, prices and reviews. Filter by destination, speciality or language. Coaches marked as safeguarding checked can coach under 18s. See finding a coach.

Booking

1. Open the coach's profile and choose Book. 2. Pick a service, such as a private lesson or a small group clinic. 3. Choose the date, time and number of players, up to the service's limit. 4. Pay by card, gift card or voucher.

There is no service fee on lessons. You get a booking reference and the lesson appears in Bookings. You can attach it to a trip so it shows on that day of your itinerary.

If you have a lesson package with the coach, the lesson comes off it with nothing to pay. Some coaches take a deposit at booking and charge the rest to your saved card 48 hours before the lesson.

Cancelling

Each coach sets their own cancellation terms, and the booking page shows them before you pay. Unless the coach has changed them, the terms are:

- 24 hours or more before the start: full refund - less than 24 hours before: 50% back - after the start: no refund

Some coaches offer a different free window or no refunds. If the coach cancels, you always get a full refund. See cancelling a booking for the details.

After the lesson

Leave a review to help other players choose. If you want to keep working on what you learned, many coaches also sell courses and drills you can follow at your own pace.

If a coach did not turn up, open a ticket and attach the booking.
