Returning the serve high over the net player and deep, so the serving pair have to turn and chase it and your pair can take the net.
When to play it
When the server rushes the net after serving. When you are pushed back and cannot hit low.
How to play it
Let the serve come to you and get under it with an open face. Aim over the net player's backhand shoulder, deep. Move up with your partner as it passes them.
Common mistakes
A short lob that the server smashes. Lobbing every return, so they wait for it.

Questions
Is the resto en globo legal in padel?
Legal under Rule 8.1: you must let the serve bounce in your box and play it before it bounces a second time. The return is good when it lands in the opponents' court, directly or off your own walls (Rule 14.1b). A lob that bounces and then goes out over the wall is still a correct return (Rule 14.1d).
