These terms apply if you list a club, offer coaching, run events or list a restaurant, bar or attraction (a "place") on Rally & Roam. They sit alongside our terms of use, our community guidelines and our safeguarding policy. You accept them for the business you represent, and you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Listings

You are responsible for your listing being accurate and up to date: prices, opening hours, courts, services, photos, cancellation policy and availability.
Use only photos and text you have the right to use. You give us a licence to show, translate and promote your listing on Rally & Roam and in our marketing.
Many club and place listings start from open data such as OpenStreetMap. If your business is already listed, claim it rather than creating a duplicate.
We may edit listings for clarity, consistency or translation, and remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or break these terms.

Claiming a listing

To claim a club or place, tell us your role (owner, manager or staff) and how to contact you. We may ask for proof, such as a registration number, a utility bill or a licence, before we approve the claim. We can refuse or withdraw a claim if we cannot verify it, or if someone else shows a better right to manage the listing.

Verification

Coaches tell us their certifications (for example FIP, LTA, RFEP, FPP or PTR) and may upload certificates. Clubs give their registration details and proof of address. We aim to check these within two working days.
Coaches who coach anyone under 18 must give a current safeguarding declaration, such as an enhanced DBS check or the equivalent where they work, and keep it up to date. See our safeguarding policy.
You confirm that everything you upload is genuine and current. False information leads to removal from the platform and may be reported to the relevant authority.

Bookings and your customers

When a player books you, the contract for the court, lesson or event is between you and the player. You must provide what was booked with reasonable care and skill, at the time and place booked.
You set your cancellation policy from the options we offer, and it is shown to players before they pay. If you cancel a booking, the player gets a full refund.
You must not ask players who found you on Rally & Roam to pay outside the platform for a booking made on it.
You receive players' names and contact details only to provide the booking. You are a separate data controller for that information and must handle it lawfully under UK GDPR.

Fees and payouts

We take payment from players on your behalf through Stripe. You need a Stripe Express account, set up from your workspace, to receive payouts. Stripe's own terms apply to that account.
We keep a commission on each booking, shown in your workspace before you accept bookings. Unless we have agreed something else with you in writing, the standard commission is 6% for court bookings, 12% for coaching and 10% for events. Founding coaches who join in our launch window pay no commission for their first six months.
Payouts are free on the standard schedule, which releases money seven days after it is paid. Instant payouts cost 1%, with a minimum of 50p. Currency conversion costs 1.5%.
Refunds to players under your cancellation policy, or because you cancelled, are taken from what we owe you, or from your next payouts.
You are responsible for your own tax and VAT on your income.
We give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to our fees.

Reviews

Players can review you after using your services. Reviews from players with a confirmed booking are marked as verified.
Coaches and place owners can reply publicly to reviews. Keep replies factual and polite, and never share a player's personal details.
You must not write reviews of your own business or competitors, or offer anything in return for reviews. You can report a review that breaks our community guidelines; we do not remove reviews just because they are negative.

Partner plans

Coach Pro and Club Plus are optional paid plans. Our membership terms explain billing, renewal and cancelling.

Suspension and ending

You can close your listing at any time from your workspace. Bookings already made must still be honoured or cancelled with a full refund. We may suspend or remove a listing that breaks these terms, puts players at risk or receives serious complaints. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first.

Liability

You are responsible for your premises, your sessions and the people you employ, and you must hold suitable insurance, including public liability insurance. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow it to be limited.
