The ball hits the bar across a doorway

Where an opening has no door, the metal bar or channel fixed across the floor counts as part of the fence frame. Treat it like the mesh: fine after the ball has bounced on the floor, a lost point before it.

What the bar is

Courts with open doorways often have a beam or channel fixed to the floor across the opening to strengthen the structure. The court rules say it counts as part of the fence frame whenever the rules are applied, and the whole of the mesh and its frame count as part of the fence.

After the bounce

If the other pair's shot bounces on your floor and then hits the bar, it is like a ball that bounces and then hits the mesh. It stays in play, and you can still return it before it bounces a second time, if it comes back towards you at all.

Before the bounce

If their shot hits the bar before it has bounced on your floor, it has touched the fence first, and they lose the point.

No bar at all

If nothing is fixed to the floor, the edge of the court is the line straight down from the frame above the opening, whether or not a line is painted there. A shot that first bounces beyond that line has not bounced in the court.

Fragen

Is the bar in a padel doorway in or out?

It counts as part of the fence frame: after the bounce it is in play, before the bounce it loses the point for the pair who hit it.
