Rule 9: service lets

A serve that clips the net or a post and lands in the box is a net and is taken again, unless it then touches the metal fence. A serve made before the receiver is ready is repeated too.

Bestimmung 1: Net, then into the box

A serve that touches the net or a net post and then lands in the receiver's box is a net, as long as the ball does not touch the metal fence before its second bounce. If it clips the net, lands in the box and then touches the fence, it is a fault under Rule 7. If it clips the net and lands outside the box, it is a fault too.

Bestimmung 2: A net serve is retaken

When a serve is a net, it is taken again.

Bestimmung 3: Net, then hits a player

A serve that touches the net or a post and then hits any player, or anything a player is wearing or carrying, is also a net. For the posts, this applies when they are inside the playing area.

Bestimmung 4: Net, then out or fence

A serve that clips the net or a post only counts as a net if it then lands in the receiver's box and stays clear of the metal fence until its second bounce. If it lands outside the box, or bounces in the box and then touches the metal fence, it is not replayed. It is judged like any other serve, so it is a fault. Clipping the net does not rescue a serve. The ball still has to do everything a good serve must do.

Bestimmung 5: Receiver not ready

The serve is repeated, as a let, if it was played when the receiver was not ready, as set out in Rule 6, point 10.

Bestimmung 6: Let on the first serve

If the let happens on the first serve, the whole point is played again and the server has two serves.

Bestimmung 7: Net or let on the second

If the net or let happens on the second serve, only the second serve is taken again. The server does not get a fresh pair of serves.

Fragen

Is a serve that hits the net and goes in a let in padel?

Yes, as long as it lands in the receiver's box and does not then touch the metal fence before the second bounce. The serve is taken again.

Do I get two serves after a let?

Only if the let was on your first serve. A net or let on the second serve means you repeat just the second serve.
