Set your coaching hours, time off and cancellation terms

Players can only book you inside the hours you set. You manage this in the coach workspace at Coach.

Weekly hours

In Weekly hours, mark your usual week. Players can book any free slot inside these hours, up to two weeks ahead on the booking page. If you mark no hours, players cannot book you. Choose Save weekly hours when you are done.

Blocking one-off time

For holidays, tournaments or a day off, use Calendar rather than changing your weekly hours:

1. Choose Block out time. 2. Pick the date, From and Until times, and an optional note to yourself (only you see it). 3. Choose Block this time.

Players cannot book you in that time. You cannot block time that already has a lesson booked in it. To free the time again, open the block and choose Release this time.

The calendar shows your lessons and blocked time week by week, with the bookable hours shaded.

Cancellation terms

In Services, under Cancellation terms, choose either:

- Free until a set time, then a part refund: set how many hours before the lesson cancellation is free (up to 168 hours), and the percentage players get back after that - No refunds

If you never change them, the default is a full refund up to 24 hours before, then half back. Players see your terms before they pay, and changes apply to bookings made from now on.

Cancelling a lesson yourself

If you cannot coach a lesson that is booked, open it in Calendar and choose Cancel lesson and refund in full. You can add a short message to the player. When you cancel, the player always gets everything they paid back, whatever your cancellation terms say, and we tell them by email and in the app. A lesson from a package goes back into the package.

Deposits

In Packages, under Deposit at booking, you can take part of the price (up to 90%) when a player books. The rest is charged to their saved card 48 hours before the lesson. Set 0 to take full payment at booking.

Services

Also in Services, add the lessons players can book, with a length, a player limit and a price. You must keep at least one service.
