Show the lobby screen on a TV at your club
Make a private link in Lobby screen and open it on a TV. It shows courts now and next, open games, today's draw and your most active players, and refreshes every minute.

The lobby screen is a page you open on a TV at your club. It shows what is happening on court without anyone needing to sign in.
What it shows
- Each court, whether it is booked now and until when, and its next booking in the coming three hours - Open games later today that still have spots, with their level range - Today's draw, if you are running a live competition at the club - Your five most active players over the last 30 days
Bookings show as booked, never with names. Only players who chose to appear on leaderboards are named, and only by first name. The page refreshes itself every minute.
Setting it up
1. In the club workspace, open Lobby screen. 2. Choose Make the screen link. 3. Choose Copy link, or Open the screen. 4. Open the link in the browser on your lobby TV.
Only the owner or a manager can make or switch off the link. Staff can see the page.
Keeping it private
Anyone with the link can see the screen, and it is never shown in search engines. If the link gets shared beyond your club:
- Choose Make a new link. The old link stops working straight away. - Or choose Switch the link off to turn the screen off completely.
Remember to update the TV after making a new link.
