Book the same court every week

If you play at the same time each week, you can repeat a confirmed court booking for up to 26 more dates. Each date becomes its own booking, and your saved card is charged for it shortly before you play.

Set up a regular booking

1. Open the booking in Bookings. 2. In the Payment panel, choose Book this every week. 3. Pick Weekly or Fortnightly, and set How many more times (2 to 26). 4. Check the list of dates, enter your card and choose Book :n dates (the button shows the number).

The button only appears on confirmed court bookings that have not started yet, at clubs that take instant bookings. Clubs that confirm bookings by hand make regular bookings with you directly.

Dates that are skipped

Every date is checked on its own. A date is skipped, and listed as skipped, when:

- the court is already taken - the club is closed that day - it is further ahead than the club lets you book (club members can book further ahead)

How you pay

Your card is saved for these charges only. Each date is charged 48 hours before it starts. Dates that are already inside that window are paid at checkout, so a declined card there stops the whole run. The usual 5% service fee applies to each date unless you are a Premium member.

If a later charge is declined, we try again a few hours later. See when a payment fails.

See or cancel the run

Any booking in the run has an All dates in this run button. That page lists each date, whether it is paid, and any skipped dates.

- To drop one date, cancel that booking as normal. - To stop the lot, choose Cancel all future dates.

Refunds follow the usual cancellation rules.
