Turn with the ball and let it come off the glass. Get under it and lift it high and deep. Move forward as it passes the net players.

Legal under Rule 12.3: once the ball has bounced on your side it stays in play off your glass and mesh until its second bounce (Rule 13c). Your shot must then go over the net without touching your own mesh or floor (Rule 13l).
