Refunds for coach video reviews

If your coach does not deliver the review in time, you get your money back automatically. You do not need to ask.

When you are refunded

The review is due three days after you pay. If the coach still has not delivered it two days after the due date, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

When that happens:

- You get a notification saying the coach could not review your video in time. - The coach is removed from your video. - You can ask another coach from the video page.

Cancelling after paying

A review starts as soon as you pay, so it cannot be cancelled from your Bookings. If you booked the wrong coach or the wrong video, contact us as soon as possible.

If you are unhappy with the review

If the coach delivered but something is wrong, open a ticket and include the video's title.
