Track an order without signing in

You can follow a shop order without signing in. All you need is the order reference and the email address you ordered with.

How to track

1. Open Track your order (there is a link at the foot of every page and in the shop). 2. Enter your Order reference. It starts with RR and is in your confirmation email. 3. Enter the Email address you used for the order. 4. Choose Track my order.

What you see

- The order's progress: submitted, in production, shipped and delivered - Each parcel, with the carrier and a tracking link once the courier shares it - The items in the order - The town and country it is going to

For your privacy, this page never shows prices or your full address. To see those, or to start a return, sign in and open the order in Orders. If you are already signed in, Open the full order takes you there.

Can't find your order?

If the reference and email do not match, we cannot show the order. Check both against your confirmation email: the reference has no spaces, and the email must be the one on your account.

Several parcels

If your order has items from different makers, they can ship separately. Each parcel is shown with its own tracking.
