Paying for membership through the App Store or Google Play

You can join Premium inside the Rally & Roam app on iPhone or Android. Apple or Google then bills you, and the membership works on the website too.

Join in the app

1. In the app, open Membership. 2. Choose Join Premium for the price shown. It is the price your store charges, in your currency. 3. Confirm the purchase with Apple or Google.

Once the store confirms it, we check the purchase and your membership turns on: Thank you. Your membership is active. It is billed monthly by your store account until you cancel.

The app sells Premium billed monthly. For Premium Pro, yearly billing or the free trial, join on the website at Membership. Your plan works in the app straight away.

Restore a purchase

New phone, or the app did not pick up your purchase? Open Membership in the app and choose Restore purchases.

Change or cancel

Memberships billed by Apple or Google are managed in the store, not on our website:

The website's Membership page shows Billed by Apple or Billed by Google Play and does not let you change it there. When the store ends your subscription, your account moves to Free.

Refunds and receipts

Apple and Google handle payments, receipts and refunds for store purchases, under their own terms.

One account per purchase

A store purchase can only be linked to one Rally & Roam account. If you see This purchase is already linked to another account, sign in with the account you used first, or contact us.
