How long analysis takes, and what if it fails
A full match usually takes a few minutes. The video page updates by itself. If the analysis fails, your credit is returned and you can try again.
Kort fortalt
A full match usually takes a few minutes to analyse. You do not need to refresh: the video page updates by itself and shows progress as it goes.
What you see
- Waiting for the analyser: your video is in the queue. - Analysing your video: the analysis is running, with a progress bar. - Report ready: your report is on the video page.
You can leave the page and come back later. The status also shows in your Video lab list.
Faster with Premium Pro
On Premium Pro and Coach Pro, your analyses go to the front of the queue.
If the analysis fails
If something goes wrong while reading the video, the page shows The analysis did not finish. You are never charged for a failed run: the credit goes back to your allowance or pack.
1. Open the video. 2. Choose Try the analysis again. Retrying does not use another credit.
An analysis that has not finished after three hours is stopped and marked as failed, with the credit returned.
Common causes
- The court lines or players are hard to see. Check the filming tips. - The video file is damaged or incomplete. Try uploading it again.
If it keeps failing, contact us with the video's title.
