Gift cards are the easiest padel present: the person you give one to can spend it on courts, lessons and more. Buy one from Gift cards.

Buying a gift card

- Choose 25, 50 or 100, or any amount from 10 to 500. - Pay in GBP, EUR or USD. - Leave it open to any club, or make it a club voucher that only works at one club.

Each card has a code like RR-ABCD-EFGH. We leave out letters and numbers that look alike, so codes are easy to type.

Using a code

Enter the code at checkout. It works as long as:

- it has not expired: cards last 2 years from purchase - it still has a balance - for a club voucher, you are booking at that club

If the card covers the whole price, you do not need a card at all. Anything you do not spend stays on the card for next time.

Gift cards in the shop

Gift cards can also be used in the shop. Club vouchers and court vouchers bought with points cannot.

Court vouchers from points

You can swap 1,000 Rally points for a £10 court voucher. Its code starts with COURT, it works on court bookings only and it lasts 1 year.

Cancelling a gift card

Changed your mind? Within 14 days of buying a gift card, and as long as none of it has been used, you can cancel it for a full refund. Open the card from Gift cards and choose Cancel for a refund. The money goes back to the card you paid with and the code stops working straight away, so tell the person you sent it to.

Refunds to a gift card

If you cancel a booking paid with a gift card, the refund goes back onto the card. Lost a code or a balance looks wrong? Open a ticket.
